Thirsty for Power Screening at Green Communities Conference

CRASR, the City of Waco and the Mayborn Museum hosted a screening of Thirst for Power, a documentary that explores the energy-water nexus. 138 High School students from four local schools attended the screening and interacted with City of Waco Departments and Panelists from Itron, Oncor, and City of Waco Water Utilities. The event was part of the larger Green Communities Conference that took place at the Baylor Research Innovation Collaborative on Sept 14, organized by the Waco Sustainability Network with Keep Waco Beautiful as the lead organizing entity.
